Captain Ross is also an excellent Scuba diver. The chef is Susan Drinkwater who is Canadian and excels at providing haute cuisine or family meals. She has worked on both superyachts and in luxury ski chalets. Being professionally trained in classic French cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu Cookery School in London, Susan enjoys creating menus with local produce from both land and sea. The engineer/mate of BLISS is Peter Weller who is also English. Peter has a solid background in marine engineering with the British Ministry of Defense and is a competent seaman. S/Y BLISS is available in Tahiti from July through September 2011. Then she will be available in the Caribbean 2011/2012. Her charter rate for a week is $89,000 plus expenses with a 12% Tahiti tax.
