Loon was launched by the American shipyard Newcastle Marine in 2011, before she was previously known as Sovereign the 54.9-meter superyacht . Loon has been regularly maintained and was refitted in 2020. The refit included updates to the galley, bridge, electrical systems, and in conclusion a fresh paint job to her gray hull.
INTERIOR
Onboard, Loon can accommodate as many as 14 guests (Max 12 charter Guests) across six staterooms. There are two masters and four guest staterooms. LOON can transport guests anywhere in the world with style. Its sheer size is breathtaking, in summary offering guests 8,000 sq. ft. of lavish living space.
Yet it’s commercially constructed, boasting a propulsion system capable of delivering surprisingly great expeditions that other yachts can’t. Simply put, LOON has been expertly engineered for the guest experience. It offers maximum privacy, safety and confidentiality for everyone on board.
LOON treats guests to spacious accommodations, exquisite dining, unforgettable adventures, and especially world-class service. The 14 crew members are devoted to delivering-and even anticipating-the needs of every guest.
EXTERIOR
The sun deck explicitly offers an open air bar, an infinity pool and an oversized jacuzzi with numerous sun pads. The bridge deck features an alfresco dining area. The Sky Lounge large enough to host parties for up to 100 people when docked. The main deck includes an opulent outdoor seating with panoramic views. The main saloon also has an interior dining area. And finally the lower deck has a beach club that opens on to the ocean. It can be set up as an outside gym or area to relax and enjoy the view. The tri-deck superyacht can reach a top speed of 14 knots and cruise comfortably at 12 knots subsequently a range of 4,500 nautical miles.
Scuba Diving
As a certified PADI Dive Center charter yacht, Loon offers extensive water sports program. The talented crew include a dive master, a professional surfer and a pro kite boarder. Their unbeatable water sports program is available to guests of all ages and abilities.
Loon and her crew were nationally recognized for being one of the first responders during Hurricane Dorian.
New Currency
She is also making waves in the industry as one of the first superyachts to accept cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is acceptable for charter bookings, for example even during the Monaco Grand Prix this May. LOON has secured trackside berth in Port Hercules.

Loon will be available for charters during summer and winter seasons. The destinations in the Caribbean soon will include Antigua, The Bahamas, Bermuda, Saint Maarten and St Barts.
